Do you do custom projects, weddings,  and illustrations?
        Every year we’re able to take on a number of custom projects. Custom watercolor and illustration typically starts at $1000+. Please contact us early in advance, to ensure we can schedule you in.

Do you sell digital files?
        All of our printing is done in-house. We do not sell digital files.

I’d like to purchase an item as a gift. Do you gift wrap?
        Sure! We’re happy to wrap gift any item, and ship directly to your friend! Add gift wrapping to your cart!

Do you offer gift cards? 
       Absolutely. You can purchase an e-card, or gift card that can be mailed to you or a loved one.

Do you offer local pickup?
       You bet! We are located in beautiful Cache Valley, Utah. Orders can be picked up during regular business hours at 161 East 1600 North in North Logan, Utah. Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:30; Friday 8:30-5:00. You will receive a verification email when your order is ready for pickup.

How long will it take to receive my order?
        Orders are shipped from Logan, Utah within 1-3 business days. Orders will be shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service, unless otherwise requested. If other shipping methods are requested, additional shipping charges may apply.
International orders will ship USPS International unless otherwise requested. International delivery times vary depending on the customs office of the arrival country and MAY be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Customs vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs bureau for more information. Generally for large value shipments, you are required to pay an entry fee, plus a certain percentage of the value of the order. Huckleberry Paper will not be held liable for shipments that are lost or stolen.

What is your return policy?
        All sales are final. However, at Huckleberry Paper, our client's satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not happy with your order, please email us at huckleberrypaper@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt to discuss.
